Terms and Conditions

1. The above payment link is valid for our Southampton Branch and Businesses only, unless you have specifically been instructed by the doctor otherwise.
2. For the Slough Branch, we mainly accept payments by BACS or cash at the time of the appointment.
3. When paying the above payment, you agree to pay Cherries Medical Clinic Ltd in full payment with the right payment amount manually completed for the service that you are selecting.
4. Part payments or instalments will not be accepted.
5. Our refund policy for a full refund requires at least a 12-hour notice period before the medical. Partial refunds or full refunds will not be granted once the medical has been performed.
6. If, for any reason, the doctor is unable to complete your medical at the time of the appointment, then a refund can be issued in full at the doctor’s discretion.
7. In order to change your appointment, we would need at least a 12-hour notice period, otherwise you will risk losing the fee paid for the appointment.
