Meet the Physical and Mental demands easily!
In order to progress further with Summer Camp, you would need to meet the physical and mental demands of spending the whole summer working on the camp. We carry out summer camp medicals for numerous countries but the most popular ones are USA & Canada.
The Summer Camp Medical Form needs to be completed by a GMC-approved doctor. You would need to request a patient summary record from your GP including details of any historic immunisations as well as previous diagnosed major or minor medical conditions. You should be able to request a free copy of your GP records from your GP surgery.

What will the medical involve?
The doctor will carefully review your medical records, complete the immunisation history part of the form as well as perform any relevant physical examination checks such as chest auscultation for heart & lung sounds, ENT examination, abdominal examination and neuromuscular examination +/- urine sample if needed for the medical.
What do I need to bring to the appointment?
✅ One form of ID including passport or driving license
✅ Patient Summary Medical Record (including immunisation history, medical issues and any medications that you take)
✅ Summer Camp Medical Form
✅ Urine Sample
How long will the medical last?
The medical will normally last about 15-20 minutes.
