Our private remote GP consultations—via telephone or video—offer a convenient alternative for adults seeking medical advice without the need to visit a clinic.
Consultation Fee
Each consultation normally costs £75, but we are currently offering a 20% discounted fee—just £60—for all telephone and video consultations booked through the diary link below.

✅ What’s Included in the Fee?
- A 20-minute consultation with a qualified GP
- Issuance of any referral letters, where medically appropriate
- Private prescriptions, if necessary
(Please note: the cost of medication at the pharmacy is not included and is paid directly by the patient)
Important Notices
- No face-to-face appointments are currently available. We are in the process of obtaining approval from health authorities to safely provide in-person examinations and treatments.
- Remote consultations are for adults only (18+). At this time, we do not offer remote appointments for children, as a face-to-face setting is more appropriate for safe and accurate diagnosis.
Is Remote Consultation a Fit for You?
Remote GP appointments are well-suited for routine minor conditions, such as:
- Coughs, colds, sore throats
- Mild skin conditions
- Minor infections
- General medical advice
- Repeat prescriptions or medication reviews
Some health issues that may not be appropriate for remote or video assessments. These include:
- Conditions requiring physical or intimate examination
- Significant mental health concerns
- Urgent symptoms such as sharp sudden onset chest pain, sudden onset abdominal pain or serious injury.
- Diabetes management or other chronic, complex conditions
- Cases requiring detailed visual inspection
- Communication barriers, including language limitations or lack of access to necessary technology
