WAIVER KOLL
Life in UK Test Medical Exemption Service
£80

What is a WAIVER KOLL form?

We also provide a unique service for completing the WAIVER-KOLL form for those individuals who are applying for British Citizenship or UK Residency but are struggling to revise or successfully sit the Life in UK examination on medical grounds. The Home Office does have strict criteria for this type of exemption and this would normally entail a long-term disability or a long-term physical or mental health problem.

The Home Office can still refuse exemption even after the WAIVER-KOLL medical form, particularly in cases where there is a lack of supporting evidence and lack of clear diagnosis. If you are under the age of 18 or over the age of 65, then you are already exempted from taking the Life in UK English Language Test.

These appointments although strongly preferred to be a Face-to-Face examination, can be conducted remotely via video or telephone consultation.

What are the appointment requirements and procedures?

In order to go ahead with the service, we would require appropriate medical records from your GP (ideally either as full medical records, patient summary record or NHS app access). Hospital records or specialist records (such as psychiatry/psychology letters) are also welcome.

We would strongly encourage you to e-mail your enquiry with attachments of relevant documentation to Dr Anwar directly on info@cherriesmedicalclinic.co.uk (this inbox is managed as per GDPR regulation with exclusive access by the doctor only).

Dr Anwar will then evaluate the evidence that you have provided and will select from case-by-case basis; whether this evidence is strong enough to meet the Home Office criteria.

It is important to note that the Home Office doesn’t release any official guidance as to what specific conditions quality as exempt from sitting the English test. As such any completed WAIVER-KOLL Medical forms from our clinic doesn’t automatically guarantee Home Office approval. However, we hope that the chances of acceptance will be significantly higher given our thorough screening process.

The form will then be completed there and then by our expert doctor with thorough meticulous care and you will have a copy to take with you before you leave the clinic or remote appointment.

Please remember that we aren’t directly affiliated with the Home Office nor do we have an office establishment that works for the Home Office. We are a separate entity that is purely providing a unique opportunity to complete the WAIVER-KOLL form by a GMC-registered General Practitioner (GP) who has a specialised background in the medicolegal field. Please DO NOT send any of your immigration documents by post to Cherries Medical Clinic. You would then need to apply on the gov.uk website and supply the WAIVER-KOLL form as evidence of exemption, which will ultimately be sent to the UK Home Office.
