At Cherries Medical Clinic, we are able to provide a rapid access adoption & fostering medical for health assessment. This entails looking at your Full GP Medical Records so that we can assess your medical and physical health fitness to be able to adopt a child or foster a child. It is also important to see whether there have been any previous safeguarding concerns raised.
Most couples can experience significant delays when trying to get a medical report completed from their GP. At Cherries Medical Clinic, we guarantee same week appointments. You can request access to your full medical records by ensuring that you contact your NHS GP Surgery. You should be able to access these records free of charge but it can take up to 28 days to get access, depending on your GP surgery.
We are able to perform completion of these reports by our Private GP and can also complete these via your local authority. Do make contact with us to see how we can complete the CoramBAAF form efficiently.
