Fitness to Work Certificate (Forklift/Crane/Plant Operator etc)

We also provide Fitness to Work Certificates that are required by some employers to ensure the continual safety of their workers as well as the workplace. Employers may require these on an annual basis in a particular field of work or if an alternative job within the same company is being opted such as switching from forklift driver to plant operator. 

Please note that Fitness to Work Certificates are not the same or a substitute for Safety Critical Medicals (which are the gold standard and often required every 3 yearly for workers < age of 55). 

Our Fitness to Work Certificates are assessed according to Group 2 DVLA guideline standards and comprise of a visual assessment, blood pressure check and completion of a health questionnaire. Upon completion a workplace certificate will be issued.
